Possible. I would guess the pedestrians, kids maybe, did something to piss off the driver. I'll post again if I hear more

The first kid who got rammed got pretty lucky he just got launched into the grass and not sucked under the truck.  He better go straight laced from now on, he used up his one brush with death for sure.
